摘要
利用Simpack动力学软件建立了带独立旋转车轮的地铁打磨小车仿真模型,对打磨小车以16 km/h速度通过110 m小半径曲线时的车轮横移量、轮组冲角、轮轨横向力以及脱轨系数进行动力学仿真计算,分析其曲线通过性能,并从独立旋转车轮结构方面给出了一些建议。
Simulation model of metro grinding car with independent rotation wheels was built with dynamic software Simpack, and wheel lateral displacement, wheel group attack angle, wheel/rail lateral force and derailment coefficient of the grinding car through 110 m small radius curve under 16 km/h speed were calculated. Curve passing performance was analyzed, and suggestions from independent rotation wheels structure were provided.
