模型降阶方法在瞬态热仿真中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 为解决有限元法计算瞬态热仿真问题需要消耗大量计算机资源的问题,基于瞬态热传导方程和模型降阶方法,通过计算流体力学方法和有限元法提取IGBT风冷散热器的模型数据,再利用Krylov子空间投影法缩聚自由度建立降阶模型并求解。仿真结果对比分析表明,此方法建立的降阶模型可以准确反映物理场的特性,不仅满足精度要求,还能极大地降低计算复杂度,提高计算速度。 To solve the problem of transient thermal simulation consuming a large amount of computer resources, model data of IGBT air-cooled radiator based on transient heat conduction equation and model order redution method were extracted by computational fulid dynamic method and finite element method. The condensation degree of freedom of reduced order model was set up by using Krylov subspace projection method and then calculated. The simulation results indicated that the reduced order model could accurately reflect the characteristics of physical fields, the model order reduction method could not only meet the accuracy requirement, also can greatly reduce the computational complexity and improve the calculation speed.
