个性化护理干预对小儿白血病骨穿和腰穿依从性的影响

Effects of Individualized Nursing Intervention on the Compliance of Lumbar Puncture and Bone Marrow Puncture in Children with Leukemia

目的:探讨个性化护理对小儿白血病腰穿和骨穿患者依从性的影响。方法:将白血病患儿78例随机分为个性化护理观察组和常规护理对照组各39例,观察2组患儿疼痛控制情况、护理满意度以及依从性。结果:在疼痛各级评定中,观察组优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理满意度为94.87%,依从性为87.18%,对照组护理满意度为76.92%,依从性为69.23%,观察组护理满意度、依从性均优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在小儿白血病骨穿和腰穿患者中实施个性化护理措施,不仅可有效减轻患儿疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,而且对改善患儿的治疗依从性大有裨益。

Objective： To survey the effects of invidualized nursing on the compliance of lumbar and bone marrow puncture in children with leukemia. Methods： All 78 patients were randomly divided into the observation group of individualized nursing and the control group of routine care, pain controlling conditions of the patients in both groups, nursing satisfactory degree and the compliance were observed. Results： The observation group was superior to the control group in assessing pain rating, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）; nursing satisfactory degree and the compliance rate of the observation group were 94.87% anf 87.18%, higher than 76.92% and 69.23% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0,01）. Conclusion： Invidualized nursing given to the children with leukemia, who accepted lumbar and bone marrow puncture, could not only effectively relieve the pain of the patients, improve nursing satisfactory degree, but also improve therapeutic compliance of the children.
