摘要
大学教育质量文化分析的意义在于对大学教育质量问题进行深入的理解,便于明确价值立场,开展价值批判,便于对教育质量问题的深层思考,完善行为规范,建设质量文化。大学教育质量的文化分析以个人本位、知识本位和社会本位三种高等教育价值观相结合为原则,综合考虑学校定位、培养类型和学生的个性发展需要。在整合输入性质量要素与过程性质量要素的基础上,大学教育质量文化分析以高校人才培养顶层设计需考虑的"七度"为基本维度。大学教育质量文化的载体分为理念类、文本类、主体类、制度类、活动类。培养方案质量监控、课程质量监控、教师专业发展、导师制、第二课堂活动与实践教学目标刚性化、学生主体参与等载体发挥着重要的质量保障作用。
The analysis of university education's quality and cultural significance lie in the deep understanding of the quality of university education,to facilitate a clear value standpoint,to carry out the value criticism,and to facilitate the deep thinking on the problems of education quality,perfect behavior specification and quality culture construction. The cultural analysis of university education's quality is based on the principle of three kinds of values of higher education,such as the individual standard,the knowledge standard and social standard. Based on the integration of inputting quality and process quality elements,the cultural analysis of university education's quality has its basic dimension,namely,thickness,depth,width,abundance,activity,intensity and frequency. Its carrier is divided into philosophy,text,subject,system and activity. Training quality supervision,monitoring the quality of curriculum,teacher's professional development,tutorial system,the second classroom activities,the rigidness of teaching objectives and the students activities play an important role in the quality of management and security.
