高校学生党建工作存在的主要问题及对策研究

随着信息网络化的发展和高等教育改革的深入,大学生党建工作出现了许多新情况,面临许多新挑战,给学生党员的教育、管理、监督和考核带来许多新困难。新形势下,培养什么样的学生加入党组织,如何采用有效手段提升大学生党员质量是高校党务工作者迫切需要思考的问题。高校可以采取构建发展学生党员新模式、搭建学生党员教育平台、建立学生党员评价体系等学生党建工作对策,提升大学生党员质量。

With the development of the Internet and the reform of higher education,college students face a lot of ideological shocks and CCP student members face huge ideological challenges,thus bringing many novel difficulties to the education,management and supervision of the CCP construction work of college students. Therefore,university faculties of CCP construction work should focus on the theme,that is,what kind of students should be absorbed into the CCP and what countermeasures should be adopted to improve the quality of student party member.
