摘要
孔庄煤矿混合井口空间小、井筒较深并且钢丝绳质量较重,给换绳工作带来很多困难。通过对千米混合立井首绳更换工艺的研究以及新技术装备的应用,探索出了一条安全、快捷、高效的深井摩擦提升首绳更换工艺。利用该工艺安全、高效地完成了千米深井提升钢丝绳的更换工作。
Small space,deep shaft and heavy wire rope of mixture shaft in Kongzhuan Colliery brought many difficulties to rope transition.By the research of rope transition process of kilometer mixture shaft and the application of new technical equipment,a safe,rapid and high efficient rope transition process of friction hoist in deep well has been explored,which safely and high efficiently completed the transition of hoisting rope of kilometer mixture shaft.
