摘要
在污染条件和凝露情况下,安装在电气设备上的二次元件会因为工频过电压或雷电过电压造成电气事故。利用硅橡胶憎水性材料和一体成型的结构方式,研制了一种高电压接触型光纤绝缘子,其特征是在光纤外表面包裹单片或多片绝缘子的憎水材料封装体,光纤的顶端熔接光纤传感装置,尾部连接光纤连接头。光纤绝缘子的使用增加了结构的爬电距离。对该光纤绝缘子分别进行无污染、凝露、污染环境下的工频交流15kV耐高压的测试试验。试验表明,高电压接触型光纤绝缘子可使用于15kV的高压环境。
In the case of pollution and dewing,power frequency and lightning overvoltage will cause electrical accidents to the secondary components installed in electrical equipment. By using the silicone rubber hydrophobic material and the structure mode of integral mold,we develop a high voltage contact fiber-optic insulator. The high voltage contact fiber-optic insulator has some features that a single or some covers which are used to cover the insulator cover the fiber-optic's surface. Besides,a sensing device is welded at the top of the fiber-optic and a fiber-optic connector is installed at tail of the fiber-optic. Using of the fiber-optic insulator increases the creep distance of the structure. The fiber-optic insulator was tested by the AC 15 kV high voltage in the pollution-free,dew and pollution environment. The tests showed that the high voltage contact fiber-optic insulator can be used for 15 kV high voltage environment.
