高职院校固定资产管理存在的问题与对策

近年来,高职院校采取积极措施不断改善办学条件,固定资产也在快速增加。与此同时,也存在部门职责不清、使用效率低、机制不完善和产权不明晰等现象。因此,高职院校应完善制度,厘清关系,明确责任,加强管理,科学调配,在育人过程中充分发挥其最佳效用。

In recent years, higher vocational colleges take positive measures to improve college conditions and fixed assets is rapidly increasing. At the same time, there also exist some problems： the responsibility is not clear,efficiency low, mechanism not perfect and the property right not clear. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should improve the system, clarify the relationship, clear the responsibility, strengthen management, allocate scientifically and give full play to its best effect in the process of cultivating people.
