自党的十六届三中全会提出科学发展观以来,我们党就把科学发展观作为我国经济和社会发展的重要指针。科学发展观是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持的重大战略思想,是"中国特色"发挥的武器和突出优势。社会主义不仅求富而且能够从根本上实现共同富裕的理想,这是社会主义最大优势。

Since the scientific outlook on development was put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the sixteen Communist Party of China, our Party consider it as an important indicator of China＇s economic and social development. The scientific outlook on development is the important strategic thought and outstanding advantage in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Socialism not only seeks wealth but also achieves the ideal of common prosperity fundamentally, which is the biggest advantage of socialism.
