摘要 教师专业发展学校是美国教育改革中出现的一种新型教师培养模式,其基本理念是强调大学与中小学的合作,基于教师工作实践开展有针对性地研讨与问题解决,从而改进教师培养质量。学前教育专业以此理念为指导开展的"全过程伙伴合作"人才培养模式,主要强调人才培养的全程系统设计,专业课程的全程有机整合,专业教育的全程标准示范,教师专业标准的全程全面贯通,合作各方的全程有效参与,学生教育的全程立体跟进。 Teacher professional development school is a new teacher training model in USA education reform,the basic idea of which is to emphasize the cooperation between universities and middle and primary schools and do research and solve problems based on teacher's work to improve training quality. The training mode of entire process of partner cooperation in preschool education profession emphasizes on the whole process system design,organic integration of professional courses, standard demonstration of professional education, comprehensive blending of the teachers' professional standards, effective participation of all parties and full follow-up of the student education.
