随着市场经济的发展和各项改革的不断深入,企业思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容和对象都发生了许多新变化。面对当前进一步深化改革的新形势,必须不断优化和健全思想政治工作新机制,使其更好地发挥服务与保证企业中心工作的作用。健全企业思想政治工作机制,主要从健全组织调控机制、健全竞争激励机制、健全预警预防机制、健全教育引导机制等方面着手。

With the development of the market economy and the deepening of the reform,many new changes have taken place in environment,tasks,content and objects of enterprise＇s ideological and political work.We must optimize and improve the new mechanism of ideological and political work continually in order that it can serve the enterprise＇s central work and play its role in safeguarding further reform in the new situation.We mainly start from improving the organization regulatory mechanism,competitiveness,early warning prevention mechanism and education and guidance mechanism in the process of perfecting mechanism of ideological and political work.
