摘要
近几年,中国高校毕业生数量逐年增多,大学生面临严峻的就业形势。大学生在求职就业的过程中常常遭遇到各种侵犯自身权益的违法行为。加强大学生就业权益保护,将有助于高校毕业生提高对就业法律风险的防范能力,提升他们的就业竞争力,进而优化整个就业大环境。
In recent years, the number of college graduates has increased year by year. College students are facing severe employment situation. They often encounter various violations of their rights in the process of employment. To strengthen college students＇ employment rights protection will help undergraduates to improve the legal risk prevention capacity of the employment, enhance their employment competitiveness, then optimize the employment environment.
