严把入口、强化管理,构筑大学生党员保“质”工程

Building College Students Party Members' “Quality Project” Via Strict Entrance and Strengthening Management

高校党建工作一项十分重要的任务就是将优秀大学生吸收进党员队伍。近年来,大学生党员队伍发展迅速,保障党员质量成为事关党和国家前途和命运的大事。文章分析了提高和保障大学生党员质量的意义,并从严格把关、强化管理、完善服务机制三个环节提出构筑大学生党员队伍保"质"工程的有效措施。

One of the important tasks of College party construction is to absorb those outstanding college students into the ranks of the party. In recent years, the growth of the college student party members is rapid. Insuring Party member quality becomes an important matter which concerns the future and destiny of our party and nation. This paper analyzes the meaning of improving and insuring the quality of Party members of college students. The author puts forward effective measures to build ＂quality project＂ for the team of undergraduate Party member from three aspects such as strict entrance, strengthening management and improving the service mechanism.
