国有企业“垄断”现象的双面性分析

现阶段部分国有企业实现了经营绩效提高、经济规模扩大,获得了跨越式的发展。部分人群认为,部分大型国有企业的资本的扩大,市场份额的增加使其具有垄断性质。在现实中,一方面"垄断"现象带来了内部效率低下、收入分配及市场竞争不公平等消极效应。另一方面,国有企业具有的较大经济规模和市场份额也发挥着促进经济发展、完善社会福利设施建等积极效应。因此,应辨证的看待国有企业的"垄断"现象,取利去弊,完善现代国有企业制度的建立,使"垄断"国企成为有效国企。

At present, some state-owned enterprises increase the business performance, expend the scale of operation and realize the leapfrog development. Some citizens think that the monopoly is the reason of the development of the state-owned enterprises. In reality, monopoly brings the passive phenomenon of low effective and inequality of incomes and competition. On the other hand, the large size of economy and the leader of the marketplace accelerate social development and complete the construction of society security. So, we should put a dialectical attitude to the state-owned enterprises, perfect the building of state-owned enterprise, and turn the attitude of monopoly state-owned enterprise to the effective state-owned enterprise.
