摘要
自容式充油电力电缆的绝缘层由电缆油和电缆纸组合构成,需要经过干燥和浸渍两项特殊关键工艺过程才能完成。以往的生产无有效方法对浸渍质量进行评价和控制,故根据实际生产情况设计了浸渍系数试验,并结合统计过程控制的质量管理技术,提出一种监控充油电缆纸绝缘浸渍质量的新方法,使浸渍过程能够得到有效控制,进一步提高电缆质量。
The insulation of oil-iflled cables is made up of cable oil and kraft paper. It will be completed by drying and impregnation two special key process. Since the production has not effective methods to evaluate and control the quality of impregnation previously, this paper designed impregnation coefifcient test according to the actual production situation and proposed a new method to supervisory control of oil-iflled cables impregnation quality with SPC (Statistical Process Control) quality management techniques. It can control the impregnation process effectively and further improve the cable quality.
