摘要
为满足燃机产品的使用要求,很多结构的连接处出现了X6Cr Ni Ti18-10和X6Cr13异种钢焊接接头。针对这两种异种钢材料的焊接工艺进行了试验研究,分析母材特性,选择合适的焊接方法以及焊接材料,并通过试验结果验证焊接工艺方案的可行性,用于指导实际产品的焊接生产。
Due to the need for gas turbine manufacturing, the welding of two kinds of different material X6CrNiTi18-10 and X6Cr13 is carried out, the research of weld test is conducted. This paper is aimed at the dissimilar steel welding, analyzes the welding characteristics of the dissimilar steel, choose the appropriate welding method and weld materials. And by the ifnal experiment, the results verify the feasibility of the welding process scheme. It can be used to guide welding production of practical products.
