摘要 大量结合面的存在导致燃气轮机拉杆转子的高度非线性,给转子动力学分析带来一定的困难。为了解决这个问题,建立一种在轮盘结合面间加入虚拟材料层的拉杆转子动力学模型。基于接触力学及分形理论,得到虚拟材料参数识别的理论解析式;建立拉杆转子改进动力学模型,分析了预紧力对虚拟材料参数的影响以及这些参数对转子模态的影响;并对设计预紧力下改进模型与传统模型进行了模态对比分析,证明了该模型能等效结合面间的接触效应。该研究为转子动力学分析提供了有效参考。 The highly nonlinear of rod fastening gas turbine rotors which is caused by large number of joint surfaces, brings certain dififculty to the rotor dynamics analysis. In order to solve this problem, a dynamic model of rod fastening rotor which has virtual material layer between disks was built. Based on contact mechanics theory and fractal theory, the theory analytical formulas of virtual material parameter identiifcation were obtained. Then an improved dynamic modal was built to analysis the inlfuence of preload on virtual material parameters and the inlfuence of these parameters on rotor modal. After that, Comparative modal analysis between improved modal with rated preload and traditional model was done to prove that the improved dynamic model provide a good equivalence to the contact effect of joint surfaces. This research will provide an effective reference for rotor dynamics analysis.
