菲茨杰拉德是美国"爵士乐时代"的重要发言人,其作品《了不起的盖茨比》真切而生动地再现了20世纪20年代美国的社会生活风貌。本文通过该作品中描绘的来自三个不同社会阶层的女性形象,揭露"爵士乐时代"女性的心理结构和价值观,探讨其对现代职业女性的启示。

Fitzgerald is one of the most important spokesman for ＂Jaze Age＂ in the United States. His work The Great Gatsby describes the look of social life clearly and vividly in the United States in 1920 s. This article exposes female＇s psychological structure and values in ＂Jaze Age＂ and probe the enlightenment to modern career women through the describing of three female images from three different social classes.
