摘要
高校办公室在学校中处于枢纽地位,具有其它部门不可替代的作用,要求办公室工作人员具备多方面的能力素质,办公室人员能力素质的提升,直接影响高校的管理水平。但是,目前对高校办公室人员缺乏系统培训计划,办公室人员忙于处理各类日常事务性工作,导致能力素质提升不够。高校办公室人员应加强自主学习,提高思想素质,参加专题培训,提升业务水平,深入基层一线,增强综合能力,从而更好地服务学校发展。
College office in the key position of the school has an irreplaceable function for other departments. It requires office staff with many abilities and qualities. The office workers' promotion of ability and quality directly affect the management level of colleges and universities. However, the lack of systematic training plan of college office staff, office staff is busy with all kinds of daily routine work, resulting in the ability to enhance the quality. Office staff in colleges and universities should strengthen self-directed learning, improve the ideological quality, attend special training, enhance the professional skills, stay close to the grassroots, enhance the comprehensive ability, so as to serve the development of college better.
