摘要
为了提高《酿酒工艺学》课程的教学质量,认真剖析专业课教学存在问题的原因,采取产教融合、研教融合的教学方法,从教师与学生之间的角色关系、成人与成才之间的培养关系、课内与课外之间的互补关系、过程评价与结果评价之间的结合关系等"四大关系"的处理中寻找解决问题的突破口,充分发挥教师研究、设计、实施与管理的综合作用,激活学生主动参与教学过程的原动力,较好地实现了知识、能力、素质的三维教学目标。
The reasons of the problem were seriously analyzed in instruction of professional course in order to improve teaching quality of “wine - making technology” course.The method was adopted with integration of industry - research - instruction.Handle“four relations” was the key to resolve the problem ,the "Four Relations" refers to the role relationship between teachers and students ,cultivate relationships between adult and success ,complementary relationship between the inside and outside of the class ,and combined with the relationship between processes evaluation and results evaluation respectively.If the teacher can give full play to the comprehensive role of research ,design ,implementation and management ,the primary drive is activated for students to actively participate in the teaching process ,the three-dimensional teaching target of knowledge ,ability and quality is better able to achieve.
