In recent years ,a new educational media network which named open video course is pursued more and more by white collars ,students and teachers in universities.It is not only the focus of education research ,but also the direction of the education in future.The education idea and mode of network open video course in world famous universities has gradually penetrated into our country and greatly improved the construction and development of network open video course in our country.Through watching and researching a lot of network open video courses ,the author comparative and analysis the designing of classroom teaching ,the behavior of teacher and students ,informational technology of teaching and production technology of network open video course in country and abroad ,and aiming to do some inspiration and guide to the construction of network video open course in our country.
