Game Analysis of Super Visors' and Graduate Students' Responsibility,Power and Benefit during Education Reform

培养机制改革背景下的师生关系日趋复杂,本文创造性地从双方"责权利"的角度切入,应用博弈学理论进行分析,得出双方"责权利"六个因素的内涵和相互关系,进一步分析如何推动体系达到"双赢"的最佳结果,从而对参与培养机制改革的多个主体提出明确的目标和要求,为推动培养机制改革的成功提供理论支持。

During the education reform ,the relationship between super visors and graduate students is going more and more complicated.From the perspectives of responsibility ,power and benefit ,a discussion is presented on how to promote the whole system to the optimum state-win-win cooperation ,by using Game Theory.In addition ,aims and demands are offered for several subjects involving in the education reform ,as the theoretical support of the education reform success.
