城镇化进程中的国民福利研究

National Welfare Research in the Process of Urbanization

城镇化是当前经济社会发展的重要引擎,城镇化进程中不同群体的利益变化受政策影响较大。以新经济地理学的理论框架为基础建立城乡分离的初始均衡模型和包含劳动力流动的最终均衡模型后,通过对不同群体的均衡工资水平进行对比分析,考察原城镇工人、进城农民工和留守农民的福利变化,可以看出促进工农业技术进步、有序降低农民工迁移成本及商品流通成本有利于促进我国城镇化水平的提高和国民福利的改善。

The urbanization is the important engine of economic and social development in China, different policies are of different influences on the welfar of different groups. This article builds up an initial equilibrium modle in the background that urban and rurual are seperated and a final equilibrium modle when the workers are allowed to flow. Those are all based on the framework of new economic geography. Through the analysis of the policy variables,we find that improving the technology of manufacture and agriculture, reducing the migration cost of migrant workers and cost of commodity circulation are conducive to the improvement of urbanization level and national welfare.
