《黄帝内经》“肝生于左”浅析

"肝生于左",并不是指肝的具体解剖位置,而是对肝生理特性的概括,它就肝气自左升发的生理特性而言,也是《黄帝内经》中"四时五脏阴阳"的具体体现。"肝生于左"的脏腑作用有:助肺气之降,共调身之气机;与胆司疏泄,主勇怯;促脾运化,藏统协调;补肾精,藏泄互用,阴阳相滋。"肝生于左"的临床意义有:肝的病理症状与其升发太过、不及关系密切;肝之病变出现在左侧者亦不少。
