摘要
目的:建立苦瓜中总皂苷的比色法含量测定方法,定量分析苦瓜中的总皂苷含量。方法:采用热回流法提取苦瓜干料中的苦瓜皂苷。用液液萃取法去除杂质,纯化苦瓜提取液。然后采用香草醛-高氯酸法比色体系,优化体系参数,确定标准曲线性范围、准确度、加样回收率并测定苦瓜中的总皂苷含量。结果:经验证标准曲线性良好,准确度高,加样回收率高且稳定,可用于苦瓜中总皂苷的测定。测得江苏苦瓜中的总皂苷含量为3.10%。结论:本文所建立的方法可以用于苦瓜中总皂苷含量的测定,为日后的进一步研究奠定基础。
Objective: To build the colorimetric method determination of total saponins from momordica charantia L and quantitatively analyze the total saponins from momordica charantia L. Methods: Conventional thermal reflow process was used to extract saponins from dry compound saponins,liquid-liquid extraction method was used to remove impurities,and the extraction were purificated. The vanilinHClO4 staining method was selected,and each factor was studied carefully. The liner range of the standard curve,accuracy,recoveries were verified and the total saponin content from momordica charantia L was determined. Results: The liner range of the standard curve was proven good,and the accuracy was well,the recoveries were high and stable. The method was suitable to determine the total saponins from momordica charantia L,and total saponins from Jiangsu momordica charantia L was 3. 10%. Conclusion: The method established in this paper can be used to determine the content of total saponins in momordica charantia L,and it was facilitated for future study.
