中西医结合治疗脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Study on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的200例脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药方剂祛痰活血汤,每日1剂,水煎服,两组均以14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效。结果:1治疗组显效40例,有效36例,无效24例,有效率为76.00%;对照组显效20例,有效30例,无效50例,有效率为50.00%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义。2两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组在治疗后NIHSS评分降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著,且NIHSS评分较低。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods： 200 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with cerebral infarction according to the visiting sequence were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine prescription qutan huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group,1 dose daily,warm-taken decoction after morning and evening meals. 28 days as one course of treatment of the two groups.After 1 course of treatment,compared clinical curative effects of the ttwo groups. Results： In the treatment group,40 cases were markedly effective,36 cases were effective,24 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 76. 00%; In the control group,20 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective,50 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 50. 00%. The difference of efficiency of the two groups has statistical significance. Comparisons of NIHSS score before and after treatment in the patients of two groups,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group after treatment NIHSS score decreased more obviously（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction has remarkable clinical curative effect,and lower NIHSS score.
