摘要
为了将薰衣草引种到内蒙古鄂尔多斯地区,对其进行了扦插试验研究。该试验在温室内以3种不同优质的薰衣草半年生枝条为试材,在不同基质、种、浓度的生根粉和喷水时间的条件下扦插,观察记录不同种薰衣草苗成活率,筛选出最佳育苗条件,试验结果为今后薰衣草在鄂尔多斯地区大量繁殖提供科学依据。结果表明:成活率最优组合为基质比例为7:3、齿叶薰衣草、1200mg/kg生根粉浓度和4秒的喷水时间。
In order to put lavender in Inner Mongolia Erdos area, the experiment was carried out to study the cutting. The experiment in greenhouse with 3 different quality Lavender half branches as experimental material, cutting at different substrate, concentration, rooting powder and spray time, observe and record different kinds of lavender seedlings survival rate, and selected the best breeding conditions, the experimental results provide scientific basis for future lavender in Erdos region breeding. The results showed that： the survival rate of the optimal combination for the matrix proportion is 7：3, Lavandula dentata, 1200ppm rooting powder concentration and spraying time of 4 seconds.
