退翳明目汤对翼状胬肉切除术后角膜上皮修复和复发率的影响

Effect of Tuiyi Mingmu Decoction on Corneal Epithelial Recovering and Rrecurrent Rate of Postoperative Pterygium Excision Patients

目的观察中药退翳明目汤对翼状胬肉切除术加角膜缘干细胞移植术后角膜上皮修复和复发率的影响。方法将60例(84眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组,观察组30例(41眼),在翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞移植术后予以退翳明目汤口服,对照组30例(43眼),仅行翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞移植术。观察比较两组患者术后角膜上皮修复时间和胬肉复发情况。结果观察组角膜创面上皮修复时间平均为4.95 d,对照组为6.02 d,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);随访12个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞移植术后配合口服中药退翳明目汤能缩短角膜上皮愈合时间,减少胬肉复发率。

Objective To observe the effects of Tui-yi Ming-mu decoction on corneal epithelial recovering and recurrent rate of patients with pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation. Methods 60 cases（84 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group, 30 cases（41 eyes）, was treated with Tui-yi Ming-mu decoction after pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation. The control group, 30 cases（43 eyes）, was only given pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation. Recovering time of corneal epithelial and recurrence rate of pterygium were observed and compared. Results The average recovering time of corneal epithelial of treatment group was 4.95 days. However, the control group was 6.02 days. The difference of recovering time of corneal epithelial between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）. After 12 months, recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than control group, the difference of recurrence rate was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The treatment approach by Tui-yi Ming-mu decoction after pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation can significantly improve reco vering time of corneal epithelial and decrease the rate of recurrence.
