血清β2-MG、Cys-C、Hcy在高血压肾损伤中的联合应用 被引量:3

Clinical Combined Application of Cystatin C,Homocysteine and β2 Macroglobulin in Diagnosis of Hypertensive Renal Early Renal Injury

摘要 分析血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在高血压早期肾损伤中的应用.选择35例24 h尿微量白蛋白30~300 mg的高血压患者为高血压早期肾损伤组(HREI),另取同期查体的健康人群56例为对照组(Con).用全自动生化分析仪检测β2-MG、Cys-C、Hcy.结果显示,HREI组血清中Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG水平分别为(27.34±3.23) μmol/L、(2.92±0.45) mg/L、(4.35±0.65) mg/L,明显高于Con (P<0.05).Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG诊断HREI的敏感率分别为88.57%、94.29%和91.43%,特异性分别为92.86%、98.21%、96.43%,联合使用可提高诊断HREI的敏感性或特异性.研究结果说明血清Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG的联合检测有助于提高HREI的诊断. The application of cystatin C,homocysteine and β2 macroglobulin in diagnosis of hypertensive renal early injury (HERI) was researched.35 cases of hypertensives with micro-albuminuria of 30~ 300 mg/24h were chosen as the experimental group while 56 healthy people constituted the Control group.Cystatin C,homocysteine and β2 macroglobulin were detected on the automatic biochemical analyzer.The results showed that the levels of homocysteine,cystatin C and β2 macroglobulin of the experimental group were respectively (27.34±3.23) μmol/L,(2.92±0.45) mg/L and (4.35 ±0.65) mg/L,significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The sensitivity rate of HREI diagnosis of homocysteine,cystatin C and β2 macroglobulin were respectively 88.57 %,94.29 % and 91.43 %,and the specificity rate of the diagnosis of homocysteine,cystatin C and β2 macroglobulin were espectively 92.86%,98.21% and 96.43 %.With the combined diagnosis of cystatin C,homocysteine and β2 macroglobulin,the sensitivity and specificity of HREI diagnosis,or the diagnosis of HREI,were improved.
