经皮臭氧注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症78例的疗效观察

Curative Effects of Percutaneous Ozone Injection Treatment of 78 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

评价CT引导下经皮穿刺椎间盘臭氧注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效与安全性.分析78例腰椎间盘突出症患者,在CT引导下行经皮腰椎间盘臭氧注射术,臭氧浓度为40 μg/mL,剂量为10～15 mL.根据疼痛视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）、患者满意度指标分别在术后2周、1个月、3个月评估临床疗效,观察患者不良反应.结果表明：患者术后VAS评分与术前相比均显著下降,满意度显著提高,所有患者均未发生严重并发症.CT引导经皮椎间盘臭氧注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症能有效地消除无菌性炎症,减轻患者疼痛症状,改善患者腰部及下肢功能,操作安全,患者对疗效满意度较高.

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous intervertebral disc ozone injection for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation under the guidance of the evaluation of CT.To make a retrospective analysis of 78 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients and perform a CT-guided percutaneous disc injection of ozone with the concentration of 40 μg/mL and the dose of 10～15 mL.According to the visual analog scale （VAS） and patients＇ satisfaction indicators,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the treatment were observed 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after the operation.The results showed that compared with the preoperative period,the postoperative patient＇s VAS score significantly decreased and satisfaction obviously improved.No serious complications occurred in the patients.CT-guided percutaneous intervertebral disc ozone injection treatment could effectively eliminate aseptic inflammation,relieve pain and improve the patient＇s waist and lower limbs.The treatment was safer to perform and obtained higher patients＇ satisfaction.
