摘要
半刚性沥青混凝土是结合了水泥刚性混凝土和沥青柔性混凝土的优点的新路面材料和防水材料,通过浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验两种试验方法对半刚性沥青混凝土的水稳定性进行了全面分析;通过试验得出AC1-6和AC-20浸水马歇尔稳定度最高分别达到20.59 MPa和19.96MPa,冻融劈裂强度比最高分别达到91%和93%,都能满足规范规定的值,并且通过对试验数据分析发现沥青的含量和水泥的含量对半刚性沥青混凝土水稳定性的影响都会出现峰值,使其能够结合混凝土界面粘附性研究从而进一步的全面、准确的评价该材料的抗水性能.
Semi rigid asphalt concrete,a waterproof mixture of concrete with rigidity of cement and flexibility of asphalt,passed the immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting water stability splitting test for a comprehensive analysis of its water stability.The experiment showed that immersion Marshall stability of AC1-6 and AC-20 respectively reached 20.59 MPa and 19.96 MPa,and their freeze-thaw splitting strength reached 91 % and 93 % respectively,which met the relevant specifications.The analysis of test data suggested that the content of cement and of asphalt,which influenced water stability of semi rigid asphalt concrete,both peaked.The results could be combined with the study of concrete interface adhesion to make a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of water resistance of the material.
