摘要
为优化管理模式,明确工作重心与方向,广东电网公司佛山供电局对电网企业综合计划价值量和非价值量指标关系进行研究.运用杜邦财务分析法,建立价值量指标间的勾稽关系.运用层次分析法等手段,构建非价值量指标的指标关系支撑图,从安全可靠、客户服务、绿色(节能降耗)三个战略目标出发,分析地市局各项业务活动,形成支撑各目标的主题,最终分解到各业务活动的工作举措,并测算驱动指标对被驱动指标的贡献度,建立网状的指标关系图来拟合这种关系.通过对综合计划指标关系的梳理,构建局工作与局战略之间的桥梁,使地市局的生产经营管理能够紧扣企业的战略与发展目标.
Aimed to optimize management,the index interrelationship was researched between integrated planning magnitude of value and non-monetary value of in Foshan Power Supply Bureau,Guangdong Power Grid Corporation.The Dupont analysis system was used to establish the articulation between indices of magnitude of value and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was adopted to establish the non-monetary value index interrelationship.On the basis of three strategic goals (safety and reliability,customer service and energy saving),the various business activities of the power supply bureau was analyzed,and the themes to support all the targets were listed and connected to the measures of the various business activities.In addition,the contribution ratios of the drive indexes to driven indexes were calculated,and an index network diagram was established to fit the ratio.Thus,the interconnection between the operation and strategies of the power supply bureau was enhanced and the management was steered toward the achievement of strategic goals.
