摘要 本文首先阐述了PIP在国内外大型建设项目集成管理中的研究现状,通过分析指出PIP理论在特大型桥梁工程集成管理中的研究和应用还较少。然后构建了基于PIP的特大型桥梁工程集成管理模型,分析了基于PIP的特大型桥梁工程的信息交流方式、集成管理框架,并在此基础上对特大型桥梁工程集成管理系统的功能模块进行了划分。其中,业主评价模块是特大型桥梁集成管理系统的特色功能模块。特大型桥梁工程属于高风险的建设工程,对质量和安全的要求极高,因此需要设立业主评价模块对质量和安全进行集成管理。所以,本文主要以马鞍山长江大桥集成管理系统中业主评价模块为例,分析其模块设置、信息交互过程、实施流程以及实施效果,为国内其他特大型桥梁的基于PIP的业主方建设管理创新提供借鉴。 At first, it introduced the research status of PIP in large-scale construction project integrated management at home and abroad. And it discussed that the research and application of PIP in integrated management of super-large bridge projects were insufficient. Then it built a PIP-based integrated management model of super-large bridge projects and accordingly analyzed the exchange process of information and the integrated management framework. On that basis, it also studied the division of function modules. Among them, PIP-based owner’ s evaluation module was a feature of the integrated management system of super-large bridge projects. Super-large bridge projects were high-risk, so it needed the owner’ s evaluation module to achieve integrated management of quality and safety. As a result, it took the owner’ s evaluation module of the integrated management system of Ma’anshan Yangtze River Bridge for example. It analyzed the module settings, the exchange process of information, the implementing procedure and the implementing effects of the subsystem, in order to provide a reference of the application of PIP for the China's super-large bridge engineering management innovation.
