摘要 为提高HPVC加工和力学性能,使HPVC更好地应用于车用密封条当中,本文采用转矩流变仪进行研究,探索了不同聚合度、增塑剂加入量、丁苯橡胶/聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯聚合物互穿网络(SBS/PBMA)加入量等对高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)加工流变性能的影响;采用压制成型工艺,将聚合物互穿网络运用到HPVC加工密封条中,通过硬度测试、拉伸实验和热老化实验等进行了实验分析。结果表明:当增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯加入量为80份、填充剂碳酸钙加入量为5份、SBS/PBMA加入量为2份时,所得的材料能够满足车用密封条行业标准。 In order to improve processing and mechanical properties of HPVC to be applied better in the automotive sealing strip.Effects of polymerization degree of PVC,dosage of plasticizer,the addition amount of SBS/PBMA interpenetrating polymer networks on the processing and rheological properties of HPVC by torque rheometer were studied in this paper.Pressure molding process was used in the experiment,and interpenetrating polymer network was applied to the HPVC processing sealing strip.Hardness test,tensile test and thermal aging test were also used to analyze properties of the material.Experimental results showed that the material could achieve the industry standard of automotive sealing,when the mass fractions of plasticizer DOP,filler CaCO3 and SBS/PBMA were 80%,2% and 5%,respectively.
