多重耐药细菌及真菌混合感染致死一例 被引量:1

摘要 患者女,81岁,以"发热1d,呼之不应半小时"为主诉入院。患者入院1d前无明显诱因出现发热,最高体温39.5℃,自行口服"左氧氟沙星片剂及甲硝唑"(具体不详),效差;逐渐出现呼吸困难及意识障碍,约半小时前出现呼之不应,急呼120出车接回,于急诊科出现呼吸心跳骤停,立即给予心肺复苏,气管插管,约5min后心跳恢复,收入重症监护室治疗。
