功能性电刺激结合其他疗法在下肢康复的研究现状

The Application of Functional Electrical Stimulation Combined with Other Therapies in Lower Limb Rehabilitation

脊椎损伤、脑血管意外、脑血管外伤的患者会出现不同程度的下肢运动障碍。采用有效的方法对患者进行下肢康复训练,进而改善患者的步态,增强患者的步行能力,具有重要的意义。大量的临床实验表明,功能性电刺激与其他的康复疗法相结合对于下肢偏瘫患者运动功能的恢复有着极好的疗效。

Patients with spinal injuries and cerebral vascular diseases usually have various degrees of dyskinesia of lower limbs. Applying effective method to do lower rehabilitation training can improve the gait of the patients and enhance their walking ability, which is meaningful for patients. Clinical studies show that application of functional electrical stimulation combined with other therapies is effective for lower limb rehabilitation.
