摘要
传统的供应商定期评价方法主要依靠人工进行统计和评分。评价者的主观标准差异造成了被评价者难以控制个体得分差异。该文利用网上物资管理系统中的关键控制点数据采集、加工和分析,根据统一的量化评分标准来对供应商订单数据进行分析和评价,使得不同供应商的评价结果具有可比性。应用耗材管理中建立的关键控制点构建供应商评价体系,以促进供应商良性竞争、提高物资科学管理水平。.
Traditional supplier evaluation method mainly depends on manual statistics and score assessors result in the difficulties of assessee to control the individual difference of the score. In this paper, through acquising, processing and analyzing the critical point data in the online materials management system, evaluation results for different suppliers were comparable after the suppliers" order data were analyzed and evaluated according to the scoring criteria. To construct the supplier evaluation system by applying the critical control points established in consumables management establishment can stimulate suppliers' benign competition and improve the scientific management of goods and materials.
