摘要 根据电池组在电动汽车上的使用要求,本系统的硬件部分设计了一套测控装置,用来监视控制电动汽车上电池的使用。为每节电池配备一块专用的检测模块,每个模块都挂在RS485总线上,利用单片机系统采用主从轮询方式对每个模块进行监视与控制,对每节电池使用PWM分流技术实现单体电池电压和温度的精确采集与控制。在电池充电时采用主动维护技术、主动调节各电池端电压,实现单节电池的均衡充电。 According to the requirement of using batteries in electric cars ,the hardware part of the system was designed a set of measurement and control device to monitor and control the electric vehicle battery . For each battery is equipped with a special detection module , each module is connected to the RS 485 bus,adopts master-slave polling method for monitoring and control of each module using single chip mi-crocomputer system ,the accurate collection and control each battery using PWM streaming technology to realize the single battery voltage and temperature .The active maintenance technology ,actively adjust the end voltage of the battery in the battery charging ,charging for single battery equalization .
