摘要
以金线莲多糖两次超滤,先经100 ku超滤膜超滤纯化,选取技术参数为操作压力0.4 Mpa、时间40 min。再经10 ku超滤膜纯化,技术参数为操作压力0.3 Mpa、时间30 min。10 ku超滤膜截留液中金线莲多糖为目标物,多糖得率为9.45%,说明二次超滤技术具有较好的分离纯化效果。
After two ultrafiltration to purify Anoectochilus polysaccharide ,anoectochilus polysaccharide ex-tracting solution was classified by 100 ku ultrafiltration ,the operating pressure is 0.4 Mpa and operating time is 40 min.Then using 10 ku ultrafiltration to purify Anoectochilus polysaccharide ,the operating pres-sure is 0.3 Mpa and operating time is 30 min.After 10 ku ultrafiltration,the collected solution is polysac-charide Anoectochilus solution .The yield of Anoectochilus polysaccharide is 9.45%.The result showed secondary ultrafiltration technology has good purification effect .
