调研了蚌埠市党员干部弘扬先进思想文化促发展中存在的问题,在分析成因的基础上,提出了相应对策:重视宣传教育,提升文化自觉自信;找准角色定位,全面发挥作用;加强学习培训,提高人文素养;完善政策机制,加大激励力度。

Survey information reflected that Party members and cadres are lack of confidence ,responsibili-ty,innovation development and concepts of the overall situation in carrying forward the advanced culture . They are mainly affected by the subjective and objective factors ,such as original culture ,history,ideology, system and mechanism .Therefore,we must concern about publicity and education ,improve cultural con-sciousness ,find the right role ,strengthen the study and training ,enhance the humanities accomplishment , perfect the policy mechanism and increase incentives .
