安徽青少年体操裁判员队伍现状调查与发展对策

The Present Situation and Measures Research on Juvenile Gymnastics Referee in Anhui Province

采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对安徽省青少年体操裁判员队伍的现状进行调查,根据调查中出现的问题及专家访谈的结果提出相应的对策。经研究得出:体操裁判员队伍年龄梯队建设较好,男女裁判比列合理,学历层次较高,裁判员职业道德水平较高,但裁判员职业来源较单一,高级别水平的裁判员人数较少,执裁高级别比赛的经历、次数较少而缺少相关的经验积累。

Literature,questionnaires,expert interview and mathematical statistics methods were used to in-vestigate the situation of juvenile gymnastics referee team in Anhui province ,and acorresponding counter measures were proposed according to the problems arising in the investigation and exert interview .The study concluded that referees have a reasonable age structure ,and the sex ratio is resonable ,the educa-tional backgrond and the occupation moral level were higher ,but the referee come from a single source , and lack of high level referees .
