植物协同钙不同使用方法对巨峰葡萄品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了促进植物协同钙的应用,以西北大学农业化学技术研究所研制的植物协同钙为试验药剂,连续3a在巨峰葡萄上使用,并进行了其不同使用方法的效果研究。结果表明:植物协同钙可以使葡萄叶片变绿快,叶片厚度增加,面积增大,最后呈深蓝色光泽;在展叶期、茬前10d、盛茬末期和葡萄第2次膨大期各喷1次植物协同钙和展叶期、茬前10d、盛茬末期和葡萄第3次膨大期各喷1次的处理,坐果率比对照增加约30.7%和32.3%,裂果率降低78%和80%;葡萄中的VC含量分别是对照品种的15.24和16.24倍,总糖增加约12.5%和8.9%,总酸下降33.5%和37.8%,可溶性固形物增加15.7%和17.0%。 In order to promote the application of plant synergistic calcium, taking the synergistic calcium devel- oped by Agricultural Chemical Technology Institute of Northwestern University as experiment medicament,the effect of different methods was studied by using the self-developed synergistic calcium on grape Kyoho for three consecutive years. The results showed that the leaves of grapes turned green quickly,its thickness and area in- creased,and present dark blue gloss in finally. Spyin plant synergistic calcium got good results at the stage of leaf-expansion 10 days before flower,the end of full bloom respectively and at the second and third expanding period. Fruit setting rate increased by 30.7% and 32.3% ,the fruit cracking rate reduced 78% and 80% ,the VC content were 15.24 and 16.24 times than control, the total sugar increased 12.5 % and 8.9 % ,the total acid decreased 33.5 % and 37.8 %,and soluble solids increased 15.7 % and 17.0 %.
