表面改性强化微粉煤摩擦荷电试验研究

摘要 为探索表面改性对微粉煤摩擦荷电特征的影响,对微粉煤表面进行改性处理,分析不同改性条件对微粉煤中主要矿物成分及各密度级微粉煤的介电常数和荷质比的影响。试验结果表明:表面改性对试验样品的摩擦荷电特征产生了比较明显的影响,用煤油做表面改性剂,当改性剂用量为9 000 g/t、改性时间为10 s时,微粉煤中净煤与黄铁矿,高岭土、石英的荷质比差异以及各密度级微粉煤的荷质比差异都比较显著,这种差异有利于在微粉煤摩擦电选过程中脱除含灰分和硫分较多的高密度级微粉煤,提高摩擦电选的脱硫降灰效果。 Charged for exploring the surface modification of pulverized coal friction characteristics, the influence of the pulverized coal surface modification treatment, different modification conditions on the analysis of main mineral composition and density in the pulver- ized coal level micro dielectric constant of pulverized coal and the influence of the charge - mass ratio. Experimental results show that friction charged characteristics of surface modification of test samples had a obvious effect, the use of kerosene in the surface modifica- tion agent,when the dosage of modifier for 9 000 g/t, modification time of 10 s, clean coal and pyrite in the pulverized coal, the charge - mass ratio difference of kaolin, quartz and density grade of pulverized coal charge - mass ratio difference is significant, the difference is helpful for removal in the process of micro friction pulverized coal electric separation contain more micro level high density pulverized coal ash and sulfur content,improve the effect of friction electric separation of the desulfurization ash fall.
