摘要 瓦斯压力是煤层瓦斯的重要基础参数,瓦斯压力的准确测定对煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。文章针对下向孔测压封孔过程中水大导致聚氨酯堵头无法反应完全,造成封堵效果差的难题,采用自制造雪粉堵头配合配套的封孔工艺,成功地封堵浆液,避免了浆液进入测压气室,并运用这一封孔技术在现场成功测得赵庄煤矿南苏风井的瓦斯压力。此法工艺简单,效果容易保证,对在复杂条件下的测压封孔有一定的推广价值。 The gas pressure is an important basis of coal seam gas parameters,it has great significance on gas pressure accurate determi- nation on coal mine safety production. This paper aiming at large water cause polyurethane plug canl response completely during the downward hole pressure hole sealing process,it caused the poor sealing effect problem,it was cooperated to form a complete set of hole sealing process by using the snowmaking powder plug, it succeeded in blocking grout, avoid the slurry into the measuring air chamber, and it has success measured on site gas pressure by using a hole technology of Nansu Ventilating shaft in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine. This process is simple and easy to guarantee effect, it has certain promotion value for pressure sealing hole under the complex condition.
