摘要
为了加快磷石膏的资源化利用,通过在过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥砂浆及混凝土中掺入聚羧酸系和萘系减水剂,研究其抗钢筋锈蚀性能。结果表明,通过硬化砂浆法测试,过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥中掺入聚羧酸系和萘系减水剂均无钢筋锈蚀现象发生。通过钢筋失重法测试混凝土抗钢筋锈蚀性能,当混凝土强度大于30 MPa,钢筋保护层的厚度大于25 mm时,无钢筋锈蚀现象发生。
In order to accelerate the utilization of phosphogypsum, in this paper, by adding polycarboxylate and naphthalenesuperplastieizer in the ultra-sulphur phosphogypsum slag cement mortar and concrete,its anti-steel corrosion properties werestudied. The results showed that through the testing method of hardened mortar, the ultra-sulphur phosphogypsum slag cementmixed with naphthalene superplastieizerand or naphthalene superplasticizer had no reinforcement corrosion phenomenon. Throughthe testing method of weight loss,when the strength of concrete greater than 30 MPa, the thickness of reinforced protective layer ismore than 25 mm,there wasn't steel corrosion phenomenon.
