摘要
为了解决聚羧酸减水剂对高含泥量骨料的混凝土适应性差的问题,以分散稀释剂、缓凝剂、离子络合、表面活性剂和水为原料,按照一定质量百分比配制成复合泥土吸附剂。通过正交试验确定最优配合比为磷酸钠20%、三聚磷酸钠5%、葡萄糖酸钠5%、羟基乙叉二膦酸2.0%、苯扎氯铵2.0%。制备出的复合泥土吸附剂能替代部分聚羧酸减水剂一同加入到拌合料中使用,与基准组砂浆和混凝土相比,使用复合泥土吸附剂的砂浆初始和1 h扩展度分别提高了10.0%、54.5%,混凝土初始和1 h坍落度及28 d抗压强度分别提高了18.4%、40.0%和23.9%。
In order to solve the problem of polycarboxylate poor adaptability to concrete,which consists of high level clay asaggregate,researcher prepared the composite clay adsorbent,according to a proper quantity ratio of these raw materials-dispersingthinner, retarding agent, ion-complexometry, surfactant and water. The optimal ratio is: m (sodium phosphate) :rn (STPP) :m (sodium glu-conate) :m (hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonie acid) :m (benzalkonium chloride) =20:5:5:2.0:2.0. The prepared composite clay adsorbentcan simultaneously add into materials for use,replacing part of the polycarboxylate. Compared with the reference mortar and con-crete,extension of mortar with the composite clay adsorbent relatively increased by 10% (0 h),54.5%(1 h);the slumping degree rel-atively increased 18.4%(0h) and 40%(1 h);and the compressive strength increased by 23.9%(28 d).
