摘要
研究了石煤矿经碳酸钠钠化焙烧-碱液浸出过程中钒的浸出条件.探讨了焙烧温度、碳酸钠用量、焙烧时间等焙烧条件对钒浸出率的影响;探讨了浸出过程的NaOH初始浓度、浸出时间、不同条件下的固液比、氧化剂用量等因素对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明过高的焙烧温度、过多的碳酸钠用量以及过长的焙烧时间均不利于钒的浸出;在浸出过程中使用氧化剂有利于钒的浸出,钒的浸出率可以达到95.0%.
Leaching conditions of vanadium in stone coal ore by roasting with sodium carbonate - leaching m atKau solution was studied. The effects of roasting temperature, usage of sodium carbonate, roasting time on the extraction of V as well as the effects of the initial concentration of NaOH, leaching time, ratio of solid to liquid at different con- ditions and the usage of oxidizing agent, were investigated. The results show that it is disadvantageous to the extrac- tion of V to use too high temperature and excessive dosage of sodium carbonate to roast too long time. And the ex- traction of V can reach 95.0% when a certain amount of oxidizing agent was used.
