摘要
目的探讨医院员工培训现代化管理的效果。方法针对不同岗位设置培训目标,制定培训方法,建立和实施重实践、求实效、多层次的员工培训课程体系和实施方案。结果医院员工临床综合技能明显提高。结论员工培训的现代化管理应着重于临床综合技能的提升。东阳市人民医院员工培训现代化管理实践取得的成效具有明显的实用价值。
Objective:To discuss the effect of modem management on hospital staff training. Method:Various training methods were devised according to different training goals of post setting, course system of staff training and pro- grams focusing on practice, substantial effect and multiple levels was established and implemented. Result:The comprehen- sive technical abilities of clinical staff members improved. Conclusion:Modern management of staff training should em- phasize the improvement in comprehensive clinical skills. Furthermore, the achievements attained in the practice of modem management of hospital staff training in Dongyang People's Hospital have a value of significant practice.
