摘要
目的对手卫生干预措施进行效果评价。方法采用渐进式的手卫生干预措施,具体包括对医护人员手卫生行为存在的主要问题进行告知、提醒、督导,并将监测结果进行反馈。结果 "接触患者血液体液后""接触患者后"及"接触患者周围环境后"的手卫生依从率在干预后有明显的提高。结论渐进式手卫生干预措施能够为医护人员所接受,并可以显著提高医护人员的手卫生依从性。
Objective：Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of health intervening measures. Method：The pro- gressive model of interventions was applied to inform, warn, and supervise hand hygiene of medical workers and make feedback about the surveillance. Result：The compliant rate of hand hygiene＂ after contacting patients＇blood or body flu- ids＂,＂ after contacting the patients＂ and＂ after the involvement in patients＇surroundings＂ is improved noticeably after the in- tervention. Conclusion：The progressive intervening measures for hand hygiene are accepted by medical workers and they have made significant improvement in hand hygiene compliance of medical workers.
