住院医师规范化培训中基层党建模式探讨

Discussion of Grassroots Party Construction Mode in the Standardized Training for Resident Doctors

目的调查上海市不同医院住院医师规范化培训中党员对基层党建模式的认可情况,提出加强基层党建的可行性建议。方法问卷调查上海市4家不同组织架构的医院,对数据进行描述性统计分析,并展开专家咨询和专项调研。结果 205人选独立设置党支部,其中188人认为独立设置的党支部管理最为方便,197人认为独立党支部能够发挥党员的先锋模范作用,140人认为参与职工或学生的组织生活都可以。结论造成当前住院医师管理有难度的原因是多方面的,当前规培党员基层党建形式还在探索阶段,几种模式各有利弊。

Objective：To investigate the acceptance of grassroots Party construction by Party members of resident doctors, from different Shanghai hospitals, involved in the standardized training and give feasible suggestions. Method：The authors make descriptive and statistical analysis on the questionnaires for the four hospitals of different organizational frameworks in Shanghai, and launch expert consultation and investigations of special programs. Result：205 persons prefer independent Party branch, of whom 188 people think the management of independent Party branch the most convenient, 197 hold the view that the independent Party branch can bring the exemplary role of the Party members into full play and 140 are willing to participate in both organizational life of workers and students. Conclusion：Reasons for the difficulties in the management of resident doctors are various, and we are in the exploration of grassroots Party construction modes for the standardized training of the Party members. Inevitably, there are advantages and disadvantages in the various modes.
